new contract and benefits

I' ve been working on a contract basis for this company and will now be employed on a permanent basis. What I' d like to know is whether my contribution towards pension that I paid as a contract employee will be paid back directly to me or if it' ll just be carried over into the new employment contract.

Re: New contract and benefits

Your pension money should be merely carried over to the new position.
