Nephrotic syndrome or kidney failure

I would like to ask how much water must i drink in one day

The daily recommended fluid intake varies from patient to patient and is dependant on your kidney function and weight. I therefore, strongly suggest that you discuss this with your urologist. You will have to limit food that contains salt, as the salt will cause water retention. Be on the look out for symptoms like swollen ankles and legs and a sudden increase of weight, as these are signs of fluid retention and you should contact your urologist immediately.
