What is the difference between the Neostrata Face plus and Biohydrating creams?

Hi Sarah, thank you for the question.

Both are good hydrating creams but the main difference is that the Face Cream Plus is an alphahydroxy acid based cream and the Biohydrating is a polyhydroxy acid based cream.
Alphahydroxy acids are used more to exfoliate skin while polyhydroxy acid’s main function is hydration, however, both hydrate and both exfoliate. Furthermore the alphahydroxy will tingle and produce a slight burning sensation when applied to the skin.
