Neck pains

I suffer from upper back/neck stiffness that worsens when I' m heavily stressed. The muscles in my neck contract into balls which leads to a persisting headache. What is this condition called? Should I see a chiropractor or rather a physiotherapist, or even a masseuse?

A possible diagnosis is Cervico-Dorsal Myofascitis. A chiropractor or physiotherapist could prove of great value.
