A nebuliser is used mainly to deliver medication in a mist form, so unless that's been prescribed then that's not what you're looking for. Dry air can certainly irritate sinuses and could be worsening your sinus condition. Try a portable humidifier and ask your pharmacist or doctor about using a saline irrigation spray. Make sure you keep your mucous membranes hydrated by taking in lots of fluids at the office. If you haven't already, consult your doctor about the possible underlying causes of your sinus problem.
