Natural pregnancy

I am 39yrs and was found to have endometrosis in 2006 did laparascopy 2007 and did ivf in 2008 that was successful after many that failed. I need to know if there is any chance that I can have a baby naturally without ivf this time. I need another baby and I am worried that time is not on my side. Is there any hope for me or I should just do another ivf?

SOme people do manage to fall pregnant but the chances seem slim. At your age is probably best to just go for fertility treatment.
