Dear Anonymous
Nanotechnology, sometimes shortened to nanotech, is a science where things are made on a small scale - working with atoms and molecules. Generally nanotechnology deals with structures 100 nanometers or smaller, and involves developing materials or devices within that size. This can include physical molecules like metals, or biological molecules like DNA or chemicals used for medicines like for cancer.
It is not the same as mannatech.
