Nail biting

My son is 15 turning 16 in Dec. He has a nasty habit of biting his nails - I''ve tried " stop ''n grow"  cutex, but it doesnt work

Any suggestions?

whilst nail-biting can just be a habit it can also be indicative of anxiety so you may need to consider if he is exhibiting anxiety or worrying about anything at the present time.
