Wil graag weet wat kan 'n mens doen vir die naarheid van swangerskap. Ek voel skoon mislik daarvan.

If the other suggestions don't help, ask your pharmacy for Emex Syrup. Worked for me.

Try eating small snacks (dried fruit, ginger biscuits etc) throughout the day and drink lots of water. It worked (a little bit) for me.

Jy kan Morning sicknes remedy by jou apteek oor die toonbank kry. Dis natuurlik en dit het vir my gehelp. Ek het fisies elke 2-3 urr opgegooi vordat ek dit ontdek het. As jy dit nie kry nie bel enige Alphapharm tak hulle kan dit bestel. Sterkte en ek hoop iets help.

Hulle sê ook dat Gemmer help vir die naarheid. As dit nie help nie vra jou dokter om Vormifem voor te skryf. Die enkele kere dat ek naar was het dit my baie gehelp. Sterkte!!

Hey daar

Probeer crackers (provitas of cream crackers) met marmite op? dis al wat vir my help. maar ons almal is anders so dit gaan dalk nie help nie. Jy kan ook water met bietjie suurlemoen in probeer of anders suigsweeties soos sparkles (dit help weer vir my vir wanneer ek in die kar naar raak). Verder, eet gereeld want sodra jy honger raak is dit erger.

Sterkte jong, dit hou darem eventually op!
