Muscle spasms

Hi,

I continuously/permanently, 24/7 contract my calf muscles and these contractions cause spasms in my lower leg. It is more severe when I get stressed. I cannot control the contractions. Please help.

Hallo Gail
You may need to have your blood salts (potassium, magnesium and natrium) and thyroid hormones tested. If these are normal, your doctor can prescribe medication to prevent cramps. It may also help to take vit B complex and Calmag supplements
