Muscle Injury

Hi Doc

About a week ago, I fell next to a swimming pool and hurt my left upper arm. I could feel that a muscle got hurt in the process and I' m still having trouble with my arm on certain angles. Should I go and see a doctor and just leave it to heal by itself?

Thanks

Hallo LCurious
If there is severe bruising, and you can't move your arm in certain ways, or you have needles and pins in the arm, rather see a doctor.
