Multivitamins for teenage girl

i am trying to get my 15 yr old daughter to start taking a multivitamin as she is always tired and without energy. she is iron deficient. unfortunately she struggles to swallow tablets and/or capsules. is there a suitable multivitamin that she take that can be dissolved in a glass of water? i bought her ds24, but she can''t swallow the capsules!
