Our expert says:
Dear not so Dumb and Brave for asking the question.
Many men many times will wake with both a full bladder and morning erection. If their need to urinate is significant and they feel pressure to go to the toilet, attempting to have sex then would most probably be uncomfortable and not pleasureable and he may soon lose the erection when the increased feeling of discomfort develops if he does not act on the impulse and need to urinate.
Some times the man wakes with a morning glory without a full bladder are maybe a very mild sensation of a bladder that will need to be emptied in the not to distant time frame. Attempting sex then may be fun.
There is a sphincter at the opening of the bladder that closes off the bladder during ejaculation so that the sperm does not flow into the bladder but out of the penis. Thus he will not urinate if the need is very mild.
