moord gedagtes

YOu do indeed need and deserve urgent help, and need to make realistic plans as to how to get it. Murder solves nothing, and only creates very much worse problems all round. The symptoms you describe are obviously serious and must be horrible to experience - but they would definitely respond well to proper treatment. There are indeed pills that can gradually get rid of such unpleasant voices, and impulses, and nasty thoughts.
Wherever you live, there must surely be at least a GP you can see, and tell him frankly about the voices and the ugly thoughts, and ask him to arrange for you to urgently see a psychiatrist as soon as possible. It's possible he could consult a psychiatrist by phone, and start you on meds, and then arrange for you to see the right specialist at the nearest suitable facility.
There will be a state hospital with relevant facilities within reach, and they should be able, with you, to arrange for you to get there for a proper assessment and to start treatment.
It is a good sign that you recognize that you need help. Keep remembering that the voices and the thoughts are being produced by an illness which needs and which will respond to treatment.

If you remain aware of your thoughts/dreams of death or murder and NOT act on them, it can help you see your emotional pain and help you see what changes in your life you need to make. But you need a professional pyschologist to help you. Sell whatever you own to get the money to get help. Your mental health is most important right now. Money you can make it back later.

Ek stem saam met Maria. Gaan sien jou huisdokter so gou as moontlik.
Baie sterkte daar!

Sterkte.
