Monthly Period

My daughter is 9 yeras old and she just got her period is it normal &  is it there something i can you use to delay them?

No you can't delay them - it has to do with their weight and development - usually they start if they are over 40kgs. However, it may be safer to let a pediatrician just examine her to see if there are signs of precocious puberty as this may be treated with hormones. 9 is on the brink of the definition of precocious puberty.
