Hi Doc!

Ek is ' n 42 jarige vrou, 1.68 m lank en my gewig wissel tussen 70 kg en 72 kg. Ek oefen elke liewe dag tussen 30 - 60 minute. Draf, stap en ry fiets. Ek sukkel ontsettend om my gewig af te kry ... wil so 5 kg verloor voor die Somer. Enige advies? Baie dankie!

As jy 70 kg weeg, dan is jou huidige BMI = 24,8 wat net nog binne die normale reikwydte val (tussen 18 en 25). Dit sal dus uitstekend wees as jy wel 5 kg sal kan verloor. Dit sal jou 'n BMI van 23 gee wat amper ideaal is. Dit is baie goed dat jy elke dag so mooi oefen, maar om daardie ekstra gewig te verloor, sal ek aanraai dat jy ook jou energie-inname effens verlaag. Kombineer jou oefening met 'n lae-vet, hoë-vesel verslankingsdieet (kliek op 'Diet' bo aan hierdie bladsy, en dan op 'Weight loss' en 'The right approach' and 'Slimming Diet').
