mites or allergy

not sure if its mites or an allergy to something its being going on for + - 6 months.my husband has come out in bumps they look like flea bites but are not flea bites they are very itchy.
i first thought it might be bed mites,or dust mites but i have tried everything doom fogged our bedroom a few times,bought spray for dust mites washed all bedding ,curtains regulary we have tiles not carpets etc.even tried using karbadust.
the weird thing is i dont have one bite on me it only affects him,rest of the household has no problems. can a mite be picked up from his office at work and he brings it home on his clothes.please help

It may be an allergy or scabies - if nobody else at home are bitten it is unlikely to be insect bites. Let your doctor have a look at the rash as it is difficult to make a proper diagnosis without seeing it and the treatment will be very specific to the diagnosis?
