HI Stacey

Honestly, the easiest is to leave it out altogether, and not worry too much about it, because it's one piece of a puzzle with, in this case, 72 piece puzzle! Looking even further ahead, it's a drop in the ocean when you consider that hopefully you'll continue training for the rest of the year.

Also, because you're on a 6 day a week programme, if you miss the session, it's only a day until you train again, so you're not going to break a habit or routine too much. If someone is on a 3-days a week session, then missing one session is a little more impactful, because suddenly they may go 4 days without training. It's also easier to juggle training and find a day to slot that session in. In your case, not as simple.

So I would not sweat it too much if you can't make the session. Just give yourself the day as a rest day - perhaps what you can do is train a little harder the day before - either add 10% to it, or take the gap and train at a higher intensity. You can afford to do this because you know you'll be resting up the day after.

Good luck
