Missed workout

Hi There

What is the best way to make up a missed day at the gym ,if im following a programme. So for exampeld if i miss day 2 do i just carry with day 3 when i go back , do i do day 2 and miss day 6 or can do day 2 and day 3 on day 3

Hi Stacey

Don't try to make it up - just continue with the programme and put it down as a missed day. So you go straight to Day 3. It's easier than juggling the whole schedule. And ultimately, you're going to miss a day no matter what, so rather take it when it happens, and don't worry too much about missing it. One day is not too much of a problem.
