Missed period

Hi there
I am 42 and had my tubes tied 5 years ago. i always had my period on time. Before it was a full 7 days and now it is about 4 days.My period is late by 7 days. Could this be related to menopause of could there be a chance I might be pregnant
Please advice.
Many thanks

There is always a small risk of pregnancy. You should check a pregnancy test.
