Mirena - Helpline

Dear GynaeDoc,

I had the Mirena inserted a few years ago. The Dr. who I was with have moved in the meantime.

The problem is that I cannot recall when the Mirena was inserted and I do not want to fall pregnant.

Is there a number I can call to get this information? I had to register when I got it. Failing that, am I within my rights to contact the previous Doctor''s rooms to request my information?

Kind regards

Mirena can stay for up to Ten Years, do you at least remember the year?
