Mirena and Periods

I''ve had my Mirena for 2.5 years now, and have been blisfully period-free until a few months ago. The cramps, PMS and bleeding have slowly started coming back. It''s all in perfect cycles compared to my pre-Mirena periods. It''s not up to pre-Mirena levels yet though. Is my Mirena wearing off? Am I at risk of falling pregnant?

No, you are not at risk of pregnancy as long as the Mirena is still in the right place.
