Hi Migraine
Low blood sugar can definitely trigger migraines. If you want to diet, you may do better on a diet with protein at each meal, vegetables, and only 3-4 portions of carbohydrates per day. You may have to eat a snack mid morning and mid afternoon - containing proteien ( like a yogurt or cheese)
You may have a tendency to get low blood sugar or hypoglycemia - symptoms are typically that you get sweaty and feel weak after not eating for a few hours.
