Metobolic rate

My pulse is 60bpm resting and weren' t higher than 66 today does this mean my metobolic rate is low and I need to consume less food than normal els I' m going to gain weight? I' ll try to keep my pulse under 190 while exercising. What could cause hallucinations?

Dear Zexeon
Your pulse rate is not an indication of your metabolic rate, people sometimes have slower pulses than others and very fit people can have very slow pulses without any side effects. An underactive thyroid, high cholesterol and older age can also cause a slow heartbeat. A slow pulse does not mean that you have to eat less.
Hallucinations can be caused by medication, drugs and certain psychiatric conditions
