metabolism problem

hello Dr.
Im into lifting weights but i dont compete,appareantly squats turns an individual`s metabolism anabolic.I know wheight lifters have to eat a lot,i also eat a lot but i get full for like an hour or so then I become hungry again.What do you think can be the cause of that or any advise you can give me
NB I also take a multivitamin : universal Animal Pak

Given that you appear to be doing resistance weig training at an intense level, I suggest that you have your training programme assessed by a biokineticist and then consider consulting with a sports dietician to be prescribed a sensible eating plan.
