Menstuation

I am 43 years old and was sterilized with my babies birth 3 ½  years ago. I so have heavy period, but no abnormal. My period started 12 days ago and I am still bleeding - I had a bad sinus infection and had to take anti biotics = can this cause the very long period?

This should not cause a prolonged period. Any abnormal bleeding at your age should be investigated.
