Menopause

I''m 47, had a Hysterectomy in 2008 still have my ovaries, never had children. I''m using meds for Bipolar (Cymbalta 90mg, Welbutrin 150mg &  Epitec 175mg 2x pd). When will I know if I''m in Menopause, because I can''t compare it to a menstrual cycle getting less. I''m experiencing alot of the symptoms of Menopause, but realise that it can also be due to the Bipolar Mood disorder. My Breasts are some months for more than to weeks very, very tender, in such way that I sometimes can''t even sleep on my sides.
