Menopause

Because of menorraghia, I had a mirena implanted 2 years ago. I started bleeding last November and it had to come out. My gynae advised to have it removed, but said that I would die should he have to remove my womb. I was tested there is no cancer, yet because of 3 caesars and belly fat, I will die. Please help

I prsume that you are still having menorrhagia. If you are very high risk for surgery, then your options are the injection or an endometrial ablation, which is a smaller operation.

Best wishes
