MEDICATION TO REDUCE ALCOHOL CRAVING

I WOULD LIKE TO ENQUIRE ABOUT WHAT IS A SAFE AND EFFECTIVE MEDICINE TO TAKE TO REDUCE THE CRAVING FOR ALCOHOL. DO YOU ALSO NEED A SCRIPT FROM YOUR GP FOR THIS?
