Mebos

Is mebos healthy? since it''s made from fruit(s).
BUT.....
It is very sweet, so im thinking that there is alot of sugar in it.

Please clarify for me.

Dried mixed fruit already has an energy content of 1383 kJ per 100g, and mebos can contain about 40% added sugar, so it is a high energy food that should be eaten in small quantities of approx. 30g per day. Dried fruit is relatively high in dietary fibre, iron, vitamin A (if the product contains apricots) and potassium, and promotes regularity.
