Meal replacement shakes for 9 year old cont...

Hi DietDoc, thanks for your answer yesterday. I should have mentioned that my daughter has chronic constipation problems, and I think she has IBS. Her height is normal and she is slightly overweight. The problem with eating is not lack of appetite, it''s just that she is scatterbrained and too busy with other things to eat!
