Meal replacement

Hi,
i do a 30 min cardio workout every day.
I have cut down on junk food and sweets.
I believe in moderation.
However i wud like to replace lunch or supper with a shake since my workout is in the evening.
Is the Vital range a good one?
Regards
tk

Dear Tk
I am glad to hear that you are doing a cardio workout every day and have changed your eating habits for the better. You can certainly use a meal replacement for one of your daily meals. I do not have the nutrient composition of the Vital range products available, but if they contain approx. 2100 kJ per meal then this should not impede your weightloss, which I presume you are trying to achieve.
Best regards
