Maternity leave

Hi, I am 30 weeks pregnant and entitled to my 4 months maternity leave, since I have been employed for over a year with this company. Just 1 question, my boss has told me that all benefits are suspended for those 4 months including annual leave. We normally receive 1.25 days leave per month. Will it not accumulate whilst I am on maternity leave?

Your normal leave will still accumulate whilst on maternity leave. The company are not allowed to stop the 1.25 per month.
