maternity - govt hospital

my sister is having her baby at a govt hospital and is currently an outpatient for ante natal visits

the Dr wrote on her card at her last visit (she is due in 2 weeks)
TCB at true labour

what does this mean?? she was not given an explanation and we are not sure if it is something to worry about - she suffers from asthma, the rest of her medical history is fine
Baby is also fine

Dear Visitor
It means To Come Back when going into labour – if she is getting contractions or if her water breaks, or if she sees a “show” – a slight bloody vaginal discharge.
Tell her good luck, hope everything goes very well with the birth!
