This can be something different.

My sister is getting married, husband wants them to sign out of comm. His point being, since he' ll be starting own business, he' s not sure on the marriage contract they must get into.
Now she feels that, hubby is being unfair in not discussing this with her first, but has made a decision.

Things happen in life, and he' s got a family (especially dad), that is so involved in his personal life.

Can they sign the out of comm and have a will made, that will gaurantee no changes unless they' re both involded in that changing of will?

Dear cupcake,

your concern for your sister's marriage is well justified. Bearing in mind that most problems within a marriage/relationship are issued from communication problems, it is of utmost importance that their communication be clear before they go down the aisle.
You should advise your sister to seek legal advise as to what is at stake and that the terms of the agreement/contract be understood and accepted by both parties. If there are some disagreement on the contract and with her partner she should then look deeper into her gut feelings as to why she is not accepting certain terms and look at what is motivating her to plan a future with this man.

Given the high rate of divorces, it is advisable that both parties are clear on their engagement to avoid yet another ugly/messy breakup.
