marathon and pregnancy

Hello Doc,

i registered for a 42km marathon and recently found out im preggies, is it safe to do a 10km run instead??

In pregnancy you should not push your pulse up too high for too long. If you are fit and take things slowly and stick within these guidelines, you might be able to do it.
