Mantelvlies of hart

On 28 June 2008 my son was born. I had a spinal. Today, after almost 16 months, if I touch my spine where the needle went in, it hurts and my back from there to my legs, go numb.

Is this normal? Should I have it checked out?

For the last 7 weeks I' ve had this sharp pain for short moments next to my right hipbone. Mostly when getting up suddenly or when " stamping"  my foot (causes my abdomen to shake?). For the last 2 days it got gradually worse. When the pain occurs for a 4-5 second period, I also feel nauseous for that few seconds. Every nigth I am very bloated and a week ago it was so sore, even my back (where the kidneys are) was very sore.
I had a gastroscopy 3 days ago. I have a " mantelvlies breuk"  and will most probably go for the operation in December.
I don' t know if the sharp pain could be related to this. I am on Pariet 20mg for my stomach, but it doesn' t take the pain away next to the hip.
Please can you give me an idea what it might be and if I should go to the doctor.

Ek kry ' n aanhoudende pyn in borskas. Hart is piekfyn.

Dr Bets

ek kry die afgelope week skerp pyne aan die regterkant van my borskas, dit is kort en voel asof dit in my regterskouer ingaan. Ek is baie moeg en kortasem. Ek voel ook lam veral my arms, selfs as ek nou hier tik. Ek is oorgewig, gebruik ligte hoe bloekdruk tablette.
