Hi Ria

There are a number of reasons as to why this may happen. This could be due to male sexual behaviour, a bladder/vaginal infection or even the presence of ovarian tissue being still present in the female.

To determine if there is a problem please visit you local vet and have them examine you miniature Doberman to see if there is an underlying problem.

Kind Regards
Angus Campbell
