maintenence

my Ex, was ordered to pay R700 interim maintenance per child. We have 3 kids. he only paid R500 per child. What steps should i take from here?

If he is in contempt of a court order you will be able to issue a writ against him for the arrears.

i am not an expert but i went through the same. go to your nearest magistate court with your order, Id copy, bank statement , his work address and his employer name, they will issue a garnishee order and attach his salry. it workes like a bomb
