one of my co - workers is asking the question. Nothing is stipulated in the devorce agremeemt. Is it untill 18y ?

Yes. the law states that children have the right to maintenance until they are able to support themselves. so even if they go to university or college but still cant support themselves financially, they will be able to claim maintenance.

Until they are self-supporting - so if they go on to Uni or college and DO NOT have full or part time work - maint continues
