Maagpyn na oefeninge

Goeie Dag

Hi Carmelita

I hate to pass the buck, but because you're describing this "intense pain", the best thing you can do is to see a doctor about it and have them check out that there is not a possible hernia. Stiffness and dull pain, fine, but you're describing an intense pain that has pretty much lasted for two weeks and that is something I'd go to see a doctor about. So while I hate to send you on, that's the best thing you can do right now.
