Ek is op dieet en ondervind dat ek geweldig hardlywig is. Watse natuurlike produkte of vrugte/groente kan ek eet om die probleem te help.

As jy hardlywig word op jou verslankingsdieet dan bevat die dieet moontlik te min dieetvesel? en dalk te veel proteïene?? Voedsels wat baie dieetvesel bevat sluit in hoë-vesel graankosse soos All-Bran, heelgraanbrood en ProVitas, peulgroente (gaar of geblikte droë bone, lensies of erte en soja), droë, gekookte vrugte soos vye en pruime. Klik op 'Diet & Nutrition' en dan op 'Healthy colon' om meer te lees oor die behandeling van hardlywigheid en die belangrike rol van sg.
