lymphoma naltrexone

Good day, I have seen that low dose naltrexone can have a positive impact on patients with lymphoma cancer. Is this really true?

Naltrexone in a low dose, one tenth of the dose used for alcohol and opiod abuse, can be administered as experimental off label treatment of certain cancers.
