Dear Bongeka
She may be having lymphoedema because they removed the diseased glands from the armpit. It is a common complication of these operations. Massage by a physiotherapist and compression bandage may help for this. When is she seeing her doctor again?

Lymphoma is often treatable but it depends in what stage the disease is - let her ask the doctor what stage the disease is , what kind of Lymphoma she has, and what treatment they are planning.
