Dear Colleen
This is a question that you will have to discuss in depth with the medical doctor who is treating your SLE, because he/she will have to take all the individual factors that affect your health and any other medications that you are taking into account.
Please make an appointment with your dr and do NOT take any medications, even over-the-counter meds, without discussing this with your dr.
Best regards
