Lump/hard tissue in R-breast above nipple, no pain (age 37)

What should I do if any? Should I get it examined or will the lump go away on it's own. If I should see a doctor, can a GP help for our medical aid is already exhausted for this year, due to dental expenses; we REALLY don't have money now for any extra expenses or tests....
Your quick response will be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards, LC

It is very important that you consult your GP for a thorough examination of your breast, to determine if a sonar has to be taken to exclude a cancerous growth.
