lump in throat

Hi,
I recently had a cold which resulted in post nasal drip. Since recovering from the cold it feels like I have something stuck in the back of my throat. I can only feel it when I swallow. It isn''t sore but feels like a pill stuck at the back of my throat. What could this be?

Thanks,
J

Hallo J
It could be an ulcer in the esophagus - rather let your doctor have a look. He may need to refer you for a gastroscopy(scope of the esophagus).
