lumber scoliosis concave

My daughter' s x-ray have picked up lumbar scoliosis concave to right hand side - what are the options to correct this with non surgery methods - she is 18 years.
What is the long term soultion - appears to be part of the pain she is experiencing in the stomach region

Scoliosis is only treated with operation if it is very severe (>30 degrees). Physiotherapy and exercises are usually used to re-align the spine. Her orthopedic specialist will be able to give you the best options to consider.
