Dear Doc
Can we use lubricants whilst trying to get pregnant?

If so what do you reccommend?

Unless you are struggling to fall pregnant, KY jelly or Astroglide should be okay.
Best wishes

yip pre-seed is the only one you should be using if trying to conceive. It also helps transport sperm to cervix. I take evening primrose oil, it helps a lot with cervical fluid. Saliva can damage sperm even. They are sensitive little guys

The only safe TTC lubricant is Pre-Seed. It is quite expensive, but available at Dis-Chem
