lower back pain

Hi. I am experiencing pain in my lower back. Someone told me that it might be an indication that something can be wrong with my womb. Is this true? Should I be worried?

Hallo Hestia
Not necessarily - low back ache can be caused by muscle pain, inflammation in the joints where the spine attaches to the pelvis, or low back strain. If you have an infection of the womb, having intercourse may be painful and you may have a vaginal discharge
